Revisit the highlights from the World Bladder Cancer Patient Forum 2025
The World Bladder Cancer Patient Forum 2025 took place on October 13–14 in Brussels, bringing together patient advocates, clinicians, researchers, policymakers and partners dedicated to improving outcomes for people affected by bladder cancer.
We are pleased to look back and share the moments that shaped this year’s Forum. From thoughtful discussions and practical sessions to personal stories and expert insights, the highlights reflect the value of working together towards better care, stronger advocacy, and a connected global community.
Over two days, the Forum explored how patient advocacy can influence diagnosis, care pathways, research, and policy. Public Day welcomed a wider audience to discuss early detection, real-world evidence, equity in care, and the importance of integrating lived experience into policy and practice. Advocates’ Day focused on sharing experiences, building skills, and strengthening the collective voice of patient organisations.
The highlight video captures these key moments: the atmosphere in the room, the exchanges between participants, and the collaborations that emerged throughout the event. It provides a visual overview of how shared purpose and dialogue continue to strengthen our community.
All session recordings from the Forum are now available on the WBCPC YouTube channel for those who wish to revisit presentations, panels, and discussions.
An event report will be published soon, summarising the main insights and takeaways from the Forum.
