WBCPC at EAU Congress 2026: Join our sessions!

From 13–16 March 2026, the World Bladder Cancer Patient Coalition (WBCPC) will be attending the European Association of Urology (EAU) Congress in London, one of the largest international meetings dedicated to urology research, clinical practice and patient care.

For the bladder cancer community, the presence of WBCPC at EAU is important. It ensures that the patient perspective is represented in conversations where new research is presented and where clinical pathways and care approaches are discussed. As a global coalition representing patient organisations across different countries and healthcare systems, WBCPC brings the lived experiences of people affected by bladder cancer into these discussions. This perspective helps ensure that advances in science translate into care that is clearer, fairer and better aligned with the needs of patients and families.

During the congress, WBCPC will contribute to several sessions focused on patient advocacy, shared decision-making and health literacy in bladder cancer. The organisation will also highlight ongoing initiatives such as the BCLEAR project, which aims to improve bladder cancer literacy across Europe and support better communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
