Bladder Cancer Canada Launches 12in1 League program to honour monthly donors
Our member, Bladder Cancer Canada (BCC), has launched a new monthly giving program, the BCC 12in 1 League, to recognise the impact of their monthly donors.
There are many benefits to becoming a member of Bladder Cancer Canada:
- They provide meaningful support to bladder cancer patients throughout their diagnosis.
- You can increase, decrease, or pause your gift.
- Your membership ensures reliable support that helps BCC plan and ensures bladder cancer patients, caregivers, and care teams have the resources, information, and support needed.
- Monthly giving is one of the most efficient ways to donate. You don’t have to worry about remembering to give every year, and it’s a great way to make a significant impact.
Donations of $20 a month or more will provide a patient with a 1-hour meeting with a Peer Support Volunteer.
Monthly contributions will support Bladder Cancer Canada’s One2One Peer Support Program. Their One2One Peer Support Volunteers are one of the most valuable patient support resources. Peer support volunteers offer understanding and help to patients and their caregivers when needed. They do not provide medical advice, but their volunteers can speak from the perspective of someone who has “been there” and help patients and their caregivers to find answers to questions or concerns.
